Transparency Album

wow, its been a busy weekend. I've had my hair chopped "again"!, it was too long so i've gone a bit "victoria beckham" ish!

The Big challenge weekend over at CBC is going great guns and is a resounding success. Thanks Sue for ALL your hard work - you totally rock!

One of the challenges was to create an album. We are SUPPOSED to be completely dlo's at certain points during the weekend but im one of these people that when i start, i cant stop until its finished otherwise it really REALLY irritates me. I am not known for being quick so it's taken me most of the weekend to get it finished. I'm really pleased with the results although i cant get the piccies quite right. Matty has pointed out that i've missed "patchey" out so i need to just add another page and then i'll figure out the best way to bind it.

When lise showed me this picture or Ollie i knew that it HAD to be scrapped. Isnt he just the most scrummy little munchkin that you've ever seen. Lise, you are one lucky scrummy mummy you know :D

A quickie from me....

This is the first lo that i've done for a while that was actually needed for any particular reason. I just love the piccie and had a bit of inspiration last night.

It's peeing down here at the minute and it's freezing cold so the pooch is out of luck for a walk until it stops.

Right then...off to do another layout of little olliebob :D

The 2nd pet blog challenge

The 2nd challenge for the new pet blog "A true friend a priceless treasure" is up whoo hoo. This challenge was about personality. There are some fabulous layouts.

It was really strange to see how many of us did layouts on six x 12's [sorry, six key still isnt working LOL] - completely unplanned but fabby.

Team Challenge

Had a brilliant weekend with mel and the gang. Absolutely knackered though now and i've got a stinky cold. Oh well, it was worth it.

We got set a challenge on my team at uks to scrap a layout using pictures of everyone in the team. It took me ages to think of anything to do [i'm not great with more than 1 picture].

Rubbish piccies though - i really can't them to look right at all ggrrr!!

This weeks update....

Nothing to show picture wise this week - i have been a complete slacker!

Had a bit of a pants week this week really. A couple of friends are in real need of hugs and kisses and i dont know what to say or do to make things better for them. I just seem to make a bit of a pigs ear about it.

Lots of stuff about London 7/7 this week - the whole thing makes me feel sick to my stomach. I wish they would just leave it alone now. Why is it that just when you start to put things in perspective, it just drags it all up again :(

Another situation i tried to deal with just went "tits up" quite frankly. Oh well, i tried!

Mel and crewe are coming down tomorrow and i can't bloody wait. On sunday we are packing the boys off to golf and Sandie is coming over for "girlie chat"

My department at work is being featured in celebrations for "learning at work" so i've had to have my mug shot taken today. I think i look like a crock of shit ugh!


I did do one fairly exciting thing this week - can't tell you what it is though yet because i may not even make it through the first round (how embarassing would that be LOL )

Think thats it from me for today. Should have some crafty piccies early next week
